Flan – Gigi’s Rescue Pals! – Shelter Dogs for Adoption

 My name is Flan! I am as rambunctious as I am cute!!! I love love love to play and nibble 🙂 I do need to go home to an experienced owner- I have already been adopted and returned twice! I need some training- I love to jump and play, and I am a little mouthy because I want to interact with you.  I need someone who can train me out of my bad habits. I potty outside.
